Waiting For Time To Crawl By!

It's 4 A.M. and I have slept maybe an hour tonight. Frustrating to be the only one awake, even Rex, the golden retriever is sleeping at my side. BUT--you see I will be having some major shoulder surgery in 3 hours and then I eventually will be able to rest! Unless I take pain medication there is nowhere to place my left shoulder that it does not hurt! Since there is surgery soon I have not taken pain pills for two days, so that my heart will not give the doctors any problems this morning.

I taught a lesson on "Fixing Your Eyes On Jesus" this morning at Crisis Pregnancy Center", I tried practicing that tonight but when pain is unforgiving, seeing Jesus is hard! So, I wait for 5 A.M. To arrive and I will be able to make some noise around the house and be off for the repair job. I know Jesus is with me through all of this, it's just that old problem of pain (and why we have pain, is because sin entered the world back with Adam and Eve) and pain will remain with us until we see Jesus face to face in glory. Oh, what a wonderful day that will be!

Have a JOYOUS, BLESSED DAY!!!!!

Finally Starting My Blog About LIFE

I have been talking about Life with a Capital L for so long, I can't remember when I first thought of the title. Life is good and God is very responsible for my Life being as exciting and productive as it is today. I just spent the last week with most of the people that I really love and care about. My daughter from Seattle came for a visit, my daughter in Tucson took a weeks vacation, my best friend and her husband from our home town of Peoria was in Tucson for a visit at our home and my granddaughters just spent the night last night as they call it, "a sleepover at grammy's". This morning we made chocolate chip pancakes and bacon. We watched the last two parts of Anne of Green Gables, and as my youngest granddaughter said, "you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover." We almost didn't watch this movie, because we didn't think it sounded interesting, will our recommendation is that everyone should see it, and probably own it in their video library. So it has been a wonderful week of living Life with a Capital L.
